There are days in our daily lives when we feel like we are burdened. We feel like nothing is going right. We almost get discouraged. But even in these difficult times, we should remember that we are never alone, God is always with us and He will surely comfort us.
We find comfort in the words of Jesus. He tells us to cast all our burdens on Him, because He cares for us. When our workload becomes overwhelming, we have nothing to do but pray. At such times, by praying to God in faith, we can cast our thoughts at His feet and trust that He will surely deliver us from such a bad time.
Moreover, we should remember that every work is a way of serving God. The Lord teaches us to think of whatever work we do as the Lord’s work, not for men. This perspective brings a different perspective to our work, which makes it more meaningful.
Finally, we find the words of the prophet Isaiah, where he reminds us that if we hope in the Lord, our strength will be renewed. The words are: They will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint.
