Friends, let us not cause others to suffer because of us. We will not do anything that will cause others to suffer. Our daily activities should be such that others will not suffer because of us. We should not hurt others by word or deed. The Bible opposes this.
In our daily lives, we often encounter situations where we unintentionally hurt others, at which point we must stop and correct ourselves. The Bible reminds us that we must treat others with love. These teachings are not just advice, but we must try to follow them.
When we think of Joseph and his brothers, we understand that when Joseph’s brothers repeatedly tormented him, instead of being resentful, Joseph forgave them. Through forgiveness, we can completely control our anger. So let us make it a habit to forgive others.
Christian brothers and sisters, we must be mindful of our words and actions. Let us build others up in peace and love. May we spread God’s love to all.
Dear friends, now let’s see the Bible scriptures below that talk about ‘causing pain to others’.
